Xanh is a story follows a shaman in northwest Vietnam who hears the anguished cries of natural spirits after a significant deforestation event. Disturbed by the turmoil caused in the environment, she embarks on a journey to calm these spirits and prevent them from harming humans. The narrative is inspired by Vietnamese ghost stories and the rich cultural heritage of the ethnic groups in northwest Vietnam.
